Echelon Chattanooga seeks to promote and support the values and programs of the Army through networking, events, volunteer projects and fundraisers to the benefit of The Salvation Army.
Echelon was founded in 2010 in Dallas, TX. Echelon Chattanooga was founded in 2018.
